Leaving her London home to resume recording on her forthcoming album, the singer wore a breathtaking pair of Chanel high heels.

Including a break halfway down to include the designer houses famous logo in metal, the shoes follow on from the quirky wraparound boots Allen was spotted in earlier this week.

Despite announcing her intention to release a follow-up to blockbuster Alright, Still, over a year ago, there is still no sign of the new album.

However, the star teased fans with two tracks Everyones At It and I Don’t Know from the as-yet untitled release.

Maybe her solemn expression while stepping out in the £430 heels was due to her recent bust-up with Sir Elton John at an awards ceremony last week.
