Turning up to Madonnas film premiere last night, Lindsay Lohan appeared to be following in the footsteps of the pop idol.

The actress, who recently admitted to a five month relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson, was dressed from head to toe in Madonna-esque fashions.

From her black high heels to her little black dress and blonde, curled locks, the actress appeared to be emanating the stars trademark look.

Further speculation over the pairs similarities was sparked when Lohan, who has so far released two studio albums with another on the way this year, said she would love to collaborate with the Material Girl singer.

“That would be incredible. That would be beyond,” she told the Extra news show.

Meanwhile, it has been rumoured that the actress-turned singer is experiencing relationship problems since going public with her love for partner Samantha Ronson.
