Actress Katie Holmes is keeping in step with trends this season as she once again left her New York apartment this week in some eye-catching footwear.

On her way to Broadway, where the star is currently performing in Arthur Millers All My Sons, Holmes opted for a touch of glamour in some killer heels.

The black strapped bondage-style shoes Holmes donned bore similarities to those worn by her contemporaries Gwyneth Paltrow and Anne Hathaway of late.

Holmes, whose look has been compared to that of her close friend Victoria Beckham, matched her shoes with black leggings and skirt, a chunky grey cardigan and a dark pair of oversized sunglasses.

Last year, the actress completed the New York marathon as she admitted that running is a passion of hers and helped her slim down after the birth of her two-year-old daughter, Suri.
