Though she finds them a challenge, US actress and model Eva Mendes has said that she loves to wear high-heeled shoes.

During a recent interview, Mendes stated that, like many women and high-profile celebs at present, she loves to wear high shoes.

She stated: "I absolutely love shoes. I can never have too many pairs. I especially love ones with huge stiletto heels."

However, she acknowledged that standing tall proves something of a challenge for most women.

"Its always a circus act when I walk in them. I am all over the place," she added.

The 34-year-old actress, who has featured in film such as We Own the Night, One Upon a Time in Mexico and Training Day, has been dating film maker George Gargurevich for six years.

Fellow model Aygness Deyn showed her love for a high shoe recently as she stepped up to a Vogue magazine gala in New York earlier this month in a pair of red killer heels.
