Jennifer Ellison is clearly reluctant to part with her comfortable indoor footwear this winter.

The actress, who is currently starring in a production of Cinderella, has been snapped walking along the streets of her hometown in a pair of white slippers, reported the Daily Mail.

Maybe she was practicing for her performance by donning the slippers in public.

The blonde star matched the footwear with a soft grey tracksuit and black Chanel handbag.

Cinderella is being performed at Liverpools Empire Theatre, cost a total of £1 million and also features former matchmaker Cilla Black and ex-TV host Les Dennis.

Ellison recently put in an appearance at an event hosted by the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, during which those who has lost loved ones to cancer were invited to add lights to a Christmas tree.
