Tori Spellings husband grew a little too close to a pair of high heels he wore recently, it has been reported.

During a programme recorded for US TV network Logo, RuPauls Drag Race sees candidates dress in drag and compete in front of a panel of celebrity judges.

Ex-Beverly Hills 90210 actress Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott feature as judges on the show, reported OK! magazine.

However, entering into the spirit of things, McDermott was reluctant to give up some sassy heels he had been wearing for the show, RuPaul told the publication.

"Toris husband got to wear a pair of heels that were his size. They belonged to one of the contestants and he didnt want to give them back," said the drag queen.

Another man who likes to wear heels – but the kind designed for men – is fashion-conscious Sir Cliff Richard, who admitted recently to wearing the stacked footwear onstage to remain on a par with taller dancers.
