Suri Cruise, the two-year-old daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, has been spotted with her mother in New York practicing her high kicks in some feminine footwear.

Walking through the East Village with Holmes, Suri wore some Mary-Jane shoes, which have made an appearance on several occasions, reported the Daily Mail.

The tot may have been rehearsing for a career in sports, or perhaps more likely, dancing. She was seen admiring dancers outfits last month after attending a performance of the Nutcracker with her mother.

She sported a shimmering velvet dress and trousers as she wandered playfully along the street.

Last month, the tots father Tom Cruise revealed that Suri, although not yet three, has already developed a love for all things feminine.

“Shes going to wear what she wants to wear. Kate even tried to get her to wear sneakers, but Suris like no no, those are boys shoes,” explained the Valkyrie actor.
