Kanye Wests addiction to shoes is running away with him, it has been suggested.

The US rap star has boasted that he is the proud owner of more than 450 pairs of shoes, all of which he catalogues so he can find them easier.

"I hire someone specially to take care of my shoes. They clean them, box them and take a Polaroid so its easier to find them," he stated.

He recently put in an appearance at Louis Vuittons Paris fashion show, where a pair of red trainers he designed graced the catwalk for the first time.

Later on, he also attended the Eli Saab runway show with US actress Mischa Barton.

The pair appear to share a penchant for cutting-edge shoes, as Barton recently became one of the first celebs to step out in Diors new fertility goddess-inspired heels.
