Comfy Ugg boots were the order of the day for TV star Sheridan Smith recently as she met comedy actor boyfriend James Corden from work.

The actress, who currently appears alongside James in BBC show Gavin and Stacey, dressed down to meet her man outside the Radio 1 studios this week.

Pictures from the Daily Mail show Sheridan in a grey pair of Ugg boots complete with a cosy trim around her leg. She wore this with a loose fitting navy dress and a casual stripy cardigan.

James can also be seen on the silver screen, as his new film Lesbian Vampire Killers, in which he appears with Matt Horne – another Gavin and Stacey star – has just been premiered.

It would seem as though Ugg boots have the X Factor at the moment, as Ruth Lorenzo, a contestant on the ITV talent show, purchased a pair for fellow singer Rachel Hylton in Scotland recently, the Daily Record reported.
