One website has claimed that Ugg boots are no passing fad and are bound to be around for years to come due to their celebrity following.

According to the Courier-Mail, famous faces such as Pamela Anderson, Sarah Jessica Parker and Sienna Miller have all been seen in the cosy footwear.

Miley Cyrus, Angelina Jolie and even Leonardo DiCaprio have also stepped out in a pair of Ugg boots, the news provider continues.

Bruce Harlow, owner of Skinnys sheepskin stores, has been making the woolly boots since the 1970s and often creates bespoke designs for some customers.

“Ive made a lot of freaky boots for people. I made ones that went right up to the crotch,” he explained.

“It took a lot of skin and they had zips in them but that was what she wanted.”

One star seen out in her Ugg boots recently was former Hollyoaks actress Gemma Atkinson, according to the Daily Mail.
