To attend her fathers birthday celebrations at the weekend, she chose a towering pair a of peep-toe Louboutin heels.

These were a subtle accessory which went well with her futuristic dress – a shimmering silver sequined creation which showed off the first hints of a baby bump.

According to the Daily Mail, 23-year-old Coleen arranged all of the festivities for her fathers big day and hired out Wings Chinese restaurant in Manchester for the occasion.

Her husband, footballer Wayne Rooney, also attended, looking smart in a shirt and shoes which he teamed with some jeans.

It appears as though Coleen is a fan of Louboutin shoes as last month she wore a black pair to watch Lionel Richie perform.
