Continuing what seems to be a love of mega-heels while taking in the sights and sounds of Europe, Beyonce has been spotted in some futuristic-looking wedges.

The 27-year-old singer chose a pair of six-inch transparent wedges, which may have been a little impractical, to take in some Parisian culture, the Daily Mail reports.

However, as she enjoyed an Andy Warhol exhibition at Le Grand Palais, Beyonce showed no signs of aching feet or loosing her balance, despite the height of the perspex platform wedges.

She opted for a cool and contemporary outfit to match the silver shoes, teaming them with white skinny jeans, a grey jersey top and matching Helmut Lang jacket.

Beyonce may have chosen the outrageous wedges after giving her feet a rest in a more practical pair of sandals in the so-called City of Love recently.

She was spotted in a colourful pair of flat gladiator shoes as she strolled around Paris.
