Victoria Beckham swapped her Christian Louboutin heels for a pair of trainers as she headed home from the gym after a recent workout.

However, the former Spice Girl was back in her favourite black ankle boots with their distinctive red sole as she flew to Milan to watch husband David play football.

Pictures from the Daily Mail show Victoria leaving the exclusive Sports Club LA in Beverly Hills in Adidas sports gear and trainers without a scrap of make-up after avoiding exercise for years.

Speaking about her new found love for the gym, Victoria said in a recent interview: “David puts music into my iPod for me, so I listen to that while I work out and Gordon Ramsay bought me trainers that have a little chip allowing you to clock how far youre running.”

Last week, Victoria was snapped at New Yorks JFK airport in more familiar clothing including a polka dot mac and her trademark Louboutin heels.
