It seems as though Nike may be keen on reissuing trainers with a vintage theme as another pair has been released by the company.

Dating back to the late 1970s, the latest trainer to get a make-over is the Nike Killshot.

According to Retro To Go, they have now been rebranded as the Nike Killshot Vintage.

Originally designed as a court shoe for playing games like tennis in, the trainer is now more commonly worn as a casual, lightweight shoe.

The vintage treatment it has received involved using distressed effect materials and yellowed soles to give the trainer an aged look.

This is matched with its existing grey, cream and red colour scheme.

It was also recently revealed by the same news provider that the Nike Vintage Tennis Classic trainers are to receive the same vintage make-over and are to be reissued as a limited edition product.
