Disney Channel actress Selena Gomez has revealed that she owns around 20 pairs of Converse trainers.

The 16-year-old, who first shot to fame starring in Wizards of Waverly Place explained that even now she is growing up she likes to wear All Stars as comfort is key when it comes to shoes.

Discussing her footwear collection with Footwear News on WWD.com, Selena revealed that she is also a fan of Ugg boots and shares many pair of shoes with her mother.

It seems as though one of the reasons the actress likes Converse trainers so much is because they can be worn with anything.

She furthered: “I probably own about 20 pairs of Converse. I love wearing them with shorts, capris and even dresses.”

Another celebrity who recently revealed to the Times that she is a fan of Converse is actress Liv Tyler.
