Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has revealed that a pair of Puma trainers are her footwear of choice when she is working out.

Discussing her new fitness DVDs – Fit in Your Jeans by Friday – with Express Night Out, she explained that deciding upon her workout wardrobe was an important part of making the films.

In one of the DVDs, she sports a vintage catsuit with a pair of Puma trainers that come up to her knees.

In another, called Amazing Abs, Kim is wearing a corset which she claims was tight, but “looked so good”.

She added: “I decided to be stylised and go for a different look than what I would wear to the gym.”

Kim is best known for her role on the American reality TV programme Keeping Up with the Kardashians and she was also in the 2008 film Disaster Movie with Carmen Electra.
