DC shoes gets arty for new collection
Trainer fans may be pleased to learn that DC shoes is preparing to launch its new SixPack collection.
According to Complex.com, this is the first in a range of clothing and footwear offerings from the company that will “define the LIFE division of the brand”.
The collection is a collaboration with French company SixPack – a label well known for combining the talents of artists with clothing and shoe designs.
For this latest venture, SixPack called upon the talents of graffiti and graphic artist AKROE, also known as Etienne Bardelli, to create the Non Merci collection as a SixPack for DC series.
The trainers will hit the shops in around a months time and a clothing line will also be available.
In other DC shoes news, Mike Shinoda, frontman of Linkin Park, recently joined forces with the company to create his fourth collection of trainer designs.
He said that the latest shoes feature a summer design with “lighter colours and patterns” than previous offerings.
