Puma reissues basketball-themed trainers
Fans of all things retro and classic, old-school trainers are may be intrigued to learn about the new offerings from Puma.
The sportsbrand has released the Puma Clyde Hall of Game trainers, something that may also catch the attention of Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks or Chicago Bulls fans.
According to Retro To Go, the new trainers are a variation on the classic 1970s basketball show first inspired by Walt “Clyde” Frazer.
This time around, Puma is making three variations on the footwear featuring the colours of the basketball teams.
Featuring a suede upper, they all have a black toe piece and heel with a white synthetic sole.
In other Puma news, the brand has joined forces with Soles4Souls to encourage people to donate their old shoes in aid of charity.
From June 15th to July 20th people are being asked to hand in their unwanted footwear to receive 30 per cent off a new pair of Puma trainers.
