Dr Martens fans will be pleased to learn that the classic show company are set to launch a new boot fit for the desert later this summer.

According to modculture.com, the Dr Martens Manton desert boots are a cross between the trademark Dr Martens boot and a classic desert boot.

Priced at around £75, the boots are already available to pre-order in three colours and, in addition to the standard Dr Martens air-cushioned sole, they feature contrast stitching and midsole plus two eyelets.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported by website Fashion News Germany Dr Martens will fit in well with several trends next year which see old-fashioned footwear styles worn in combination with the latest streetwear.
