Now that Ed Westwick is looking for a new roommate, MTV.com has come up with a list of house rules for the Gossip Girl stars new living companion – K-Swiss shoes included.

In a mock flatmate wanted-style ad, the website tempts potential house-hunters with a pair of K-Swiss tennis shoes, which “will be provided for you to wear around the house”.

The ad describes Westwick as a “dashing 20-something Brit actor/musician” looking for a roommate for his two-bed apartment in Chelsea, and goes on to stipulate that the ideal person would be a fan of Monday-night teen dramas and have a passion for suspenders and velour tracksuits.

US Weekly recently reported that Westwicks 23-year-old co-star Chace Crawford will be moving away from his friends lazy habits to set up home in a financial district flat.

Meanwhile, Westwick recently attended the K-Swiss Classic Remastered Party at Bloomingdales in New York City.
