Timberland and Hush Puppies shoes are tipped to be popular early next year, thanks to the introduction of two new collections for spring 2010.

Footwear brand Timberland will be launching a versatile collection of mens and womens everyday styles involving its Pro work divisions anti-fatigue technology and moulded inverted cones on the outside sole – which collapse and return to shape in important pressure zones.

The shoes are “designed to deliver all-day standing comfort“, Womens Wear Daily reports.

Hush Puppies meanwhile are “jumping on the wellness wave” in bringing out the new Body Shoe collection, also for both sexes.

These shoes are designed to balance wearers as they walk and get rid of any painful rubbing and friction.

In related news, Timberland debuted a new shoe-customising service called Build Your
Own Handsewn earlier this month, allowing customers to add a unique touch to their footwear by personalising up to 20 elements of their shoes.
