Irregular Choices 1st birthday on Carnaby Street
Irregular Choice has been celebrating its first year in its London store on Carnaby Street by throwing a party at the shop.
Shoes from next seasons collection were on display alongside some of its classic designs.
Dan Sullivan, designer for Irregular Choice, told Abi Sylvester from the Shoewawa blog that the new range was “going back to its roots”.
Ms Sylvester commented that this would see more cutesy, fun styles emerge in the next selection of shoes from the label.
One pair from the spring/summer 2010 collection features pink pom-poms on the toe, while another model with a floral pattern sports a see-through heel and a clear wave section on the side of the shoe.
The brand, which is renowned for its quirky and unusual designs, opened its first and only UK outlet on Carnaby Street at the end of October last year.
Irregular Choice describes the store, which is decorated in bright colours and features mirror tiles and cute cartoons on the walls, as “a sweet-shop inspired boutique”.
