Rupert Grint has admitted that he only owns one pair of shoes at a time and that he will wear them until they fall apart.

The Harry Potter actor, who plays Ron Weasley in the series of films, told the Mirror that it is rare for him to have more than one pair to choose from at any given time.

"I've got one pair of shoes, generally. I find a pair and I just wear them until they fall off me," the 21-year-old actor said.

With his co-star Emma Watson fast transforming herself into a fashion icon, modelling for Burberry and recently getting her hair cropped into a dramatic elfin cut, you can only wonder at what she makes of his footwear.

Hopefully Rupert will get a new pair before the premiere of the first instalment of the Deathly Hallows when it is released in November 2010, with the Pavers Comfort York1112 providing a stylish option.
